# Workspace Usage

> View and track usage details and associated charges for your workspace

The Workspace Usage page allows you to view and track the usage details and associated charges for your workspace. It provides a detailed breakdown of usage records, including call duration, subscription information, and billing amounts.

To access this page, navigate to **Usage** → **Usage List** from the left sidebar.

## Workspace Selection

Use the workspace dropdown menu in the left sidebar to select the workspace whose usage details you want to view.

## Date Range

Use the date range selector at the top of the page to view usage records for a specific period.

* Click the calendar icon to select your preferred start and end dates. The usage list will display records for the selected period.
* Click the **Refresh** button next to the date range selector to reload the latest usage information.

## Usage Details

The Workspace Usage page displays usage records in a table with the following information:

| Column | Description |
| :- | :- |
| **Date Time** | The date and time when the usage was recorded. |
| **Subscription Name** | The subscription associated with the usage record. |
| **Product Name** | The product or service plan used for the recorded activity. |
| **Quantity (Without Pulse)** | The actual recorded usage duration before billing adjustments. |
| **Quantity (With Pulse)** | The usage duration after applying the billing pulse or rounding interval used to calculate charges. |
| **Amount** | The charge for the usage record in the applicable currency, such as BDT. |

## Understanding Usage and Billing

The usage table helps you compare the actual duration of each call with its billable duration.

For example, a call lasting 1 minute and 31 seconds may appear as:

* **Quantity (Without Pulse):** 1 min 31 sec
* **Quantity (With Pulse):** 1 min 40 sec
* **Amount:** 10.00 BDT

This allows you to understand how usage is measured and how charges are calculated for each record.
