What is Post Call Analysis?
Post Call Analysis is an automated system that analyzes conversations between your AI assistant and users after each call. This feature helps track key information, gather insights, and measure the effectiveness of interactions.
Setting Up Post Call Analysis Fields
Add New Analysis Fields
Navigate to the Post Call Analysis section and click “Add Field”. The system offers several field types for different analysis needs.
Available Field Types
Text Fields
Use text fields for open-ended responses and detailed information. Configure the field name and description to capture specific conversation aspects.
Selector Fields
Create fields with predefined options. Add multiple choices for categorizing or tagging conversations systematically.
Add choices by clicking the “Add Choice” button. Each click creates a new option field.
Boolean Fields
Set up yes/no or true/false fields for tracking specific conditions or outcomes in conversations.
Number Fields
Create fields for numerical data such as ratings, scores, or quantitative measurements.

Field Setup
Configure fields to match your analysis needs. Use descriptive names and clear descriptions for each field. Ensure selectors have comprehensive choice options.
Data Collection
Set up fields to gather relevant information automatically from each call. Structure fields to enable meaningful analysis and reporting.
Field Organization
Arrange fields in a logical order. Group related fields together. Keep the analysis structure clear and intuitive.
View Post Call Analysis from Dashboard

Go to Call Logs in your Verbex Dashboard.

Clock on the call from the list to view detail.

The Post Call Analysis will be in that calls detail.
