The Call Logs section provides a comprehensive overview of all call activity. This centralized view helps you monitor system usage, track call outcomes, and ensure quality service delivery.

Call log information includes:

  3. Phone numbers involved

  4. Agent assignments

Post-Call Analysis

View Post Call Analysis from Dashboard

  1. Go to Call Logs in your Verbex Dashboard.

  2. Click on the call from the list to view detail.

  3. The Post Call Analysis will be in that call’s detail.
