Call Logs in Verbex provide detailed records of all interactions between your AI assistant and users. These logs contain valuable information about conversation flows, user responses, and overall interaction quality.

Accessing Call Logs

Navigation

  1. Log into your Verbex Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Call Logs section

  3. View comprehensive list of all calls

Log Details

Each log entry contains:

  • Call duration

  • Timestamps

  • User information

  • Conversation transcripts

  • Tool usage records

  • Post-call analysis

Reviewing Call Information

Basic Information

  • Call date and time

  • Duration

  • Call status

  • Interaction outcome

Detailed Analysis

Post-Call Analysis

View Post Call Analysis from Dashboard

  1. Go to Call Logs in your Verbex Dashboard.

  2. Clock on the call from the list to view detail. 

  3. The Post Call Analysis will be in that calls detail.
